All this after 30 days living here I moved in on Sept. Unfortunately some young teen age girl got shot and died in March at the park right here 50 yards from the building as I was told by another resident, not a good vibe from this community or the area I've got 9 months to go. Very reluctant to have my 5 year old grand daughter here on weekends. Staff is great.

I’m out 300 and missed the Pilates classes that I teach in the mornings because of this shadiness. Also, the towing “company” i picked my car from was so sketchy and made me completely uncomfortable, especially as someone new to Texas and unfamiliar with the area. Such a poor and disappointing experience.
response from property -Tori, I appreciate you reaching out and want to sincerely apologize for any miscommunication regarding your request to speak with me. I understand how frustrating this experience has been for you, and I’m sorry that it resulted in unexpected costs and inconvenience. That is never the experience we want for our residents. After looking into your account, I did see that a specific parking permit was issued to you and assigned to the vehicle that was towed. Additionally, management previously sent out an email detailing which permits needed to be visible on vehicles to avoid towing, and I saw that you confirmed having read that information. Our goal is always to maintain an organized and fair parking system for the community, which is why it’s essential that all residents follow the policies in place. If there’s anything I can clarify or assist with moving forward, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Sincerely, Jonathan Moreno Senior Community Manager
